As an occupational therapist (OT) or occupational therapy assistant (COTA), you are part of a vitally important profession that helps people across the lifespan participate in the things they want and need to do through the therapeutic use of everyday activities. Occupational Therapy celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2017. The American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) created a wonderful page that looks back at the 100 years and showcases videos, testimonials and stories of amazing moments in the profession. AOTA Centennial webpage
